Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage contracts for various trading departments.
  • Conduct routine account checks to ensure adherence to standard practices.
  • Authorize and approve accounts within different business systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various counterparties.
  • Open business accounts with counterparties and conduct periodic reviews.
  • Identify and address issues in daily operations, providing feedback and proposals for improvements or process optimization to relevant teams.
  • Assist in developing business operation processes and continuously offer suggestions for process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of risk control methods within operations.
  • Fluent in English with strong adaptability and a good sense of teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Candidates with experience in compliance are highly preferred.
