Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks
- Provide site technical installation, configuration, troubleshooting on IT hardware and software
- Responsible for daily IT support for office
- Manage office IT infrastructure
- Manage vendors related to functioning of office [network providers, managed service providers, software vendors]
- Coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders, including vendors and business units
- Escalate and track impediments, but also manage risks and dependencies
- Analyze resource utilization and develop strategies to optimize usage
- Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in System Administration and support in trading / finance industry
- Experience with network administration;
- Oversee IT system and budget, analyse company needs and implement improvement solution and IT infrastructure upgrading or related projects
- Provide site technical installation, configuration, troubleshooting on IT hardware and software
- Maintain site & internal IT system and servers and responsible for daily IT support
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Manage and supervise IT officers and vendors
- Sound knowledge of up-to-date Cybersecurity, Top Tech Tips and Digitisation
- Self-motivated, passionate and excellent in decision making
Working visa sponsorship and relocation allowance will be provided for non-Hong Kong candidates.
