As the Senior Video Producer at Avail, you will be responsible for creating unique, eye-catching video content that communicates Avail’s mission, values, marketing, products, and community-driven initiatives to both mainstream and crypto-native audiences. You will oversee video production from concept to completion, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand vision and resonates within the rapidly evolving Web3 space. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and community, to deliver impactful visual stories that grow Avail's presence globally.

Responsibilities

1. Video Production Management

• Oversee all stages of video production, including storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
  

• Manage external video production teams, freelancers, and vendors when needed, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of content.
  

2. Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams

• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align video content with campaign goals, product launches, and community initiatives.
  

• Ensure that video content supports broader marketing strategies and drives engagement across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, website, and live events).
  

3. Multimedia Storytelling & Content Creation

• Craft compelling narratives that communicate the technical and visionary aspects of Avail's products and services through visual storytelling.
  

• Experiment with various formats (e.g., interviews, animations, explainer videos) to keep content fresh and engaging.
  

4. Brand Consistency & Innovation

• Ensure that all video content reflects Avail’s brand identity, visual style, and tone of voice.
  

• Stay ahead of video production trends, incorporating new techniques, tools, and platforms to push the boundaries of creative video content.
  

5. Cross-Platform Distribution & Optimization

• Plan and execute video distribution strategies across Avail’s digital channels (e.g., YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn) to maximize reach and engagement.
  

• Optimize videos for SEO, viewer retention, and social media performance.
  

6. Event & Community Coverage

• Capture and produce live event coverage, interviews, and community content for global events, hackathons, and conferences that Avail participates in.
  

• Create event recap videos and promotional materials that enhance Avail’s presence in both physical and digital spaces.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production, editing, and storytelling, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
  

• Expertise with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools.
  

• Experience working in Web3, tech, or digital-first industries preferred.
  

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  

• Creative problem solver who stays updated with industry trends and is eager to experiment with new ideas.
