Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee public relations initiatives, including media relations and reputation management.
• Lead a team of marketing and PR professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage budgets for marketing and PR campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and influencers.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and PR activities, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing or PR role, preferably in Web 3 industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong knowledge of current market trends, and industry developments in the cryptocurrency space
• Stress resistance, fast result delivery, lead management full-scope coverage, business communication, proactive positioning, time management, ability to raise the issues
• Strong command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
