ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities:
- Establish & manage VIP groups for Vietnam users.
- Provide support for exclusive trading signals, insights, & personalized support to VIP group members.
- Foster engagement & loyalty within the VIP community through various activities & incentives.
- Manage & nurture Vietnam user community on various platforms: Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok, Telegram, & Forums.
- Support organizing offline meetups & workshops in collaboration with local partners.
- Host Livestreams & Campaign initiatives that will leverage gamified strategy to onboard new users, etc.
- Monitor user feedback & sentiment, providing insights to improve user experience.
- Engage with users, respond to inquiries, & foster a positive community atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in business or marketing or any other relevant background.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in product marketing and/or digital marketing in the internet, tech or fintech industry.
- Previous successful experience in community building.
- Excellent content creation capability, communication skills and data analysis skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Strong skills in using PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Must speak a local language due to the need to interact with local community and have a strong grasp of English
- Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space.
- Must be able to work independently
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese due to the need to work with stakeholders
