Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple community groups and social media channels.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on social sentiment weekly. Tasks may include competitor analysis, surfacing relevant news/trends to the team, escalating potential crises, etc.
  • Generate and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action, in line with the moderation policy for each platform.
  • Monitoring trending hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into the brand.
  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align marketing strategies with the overall company’s goals.
  • Assist in community building and product marketing operations.
  • Assist in marketing and operation data reports, dashboards, and generating insights.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Knowledgeable and passionate about Crypto.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communication, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years of social media, community management, and digital marketing experience within the Crypto/Blockchain/Finance industry.
  • Experience working in Exchanges, Crypto, Defi, or other financial startups is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with data, and market insights.
  • Fluency and proficiency in English & Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered.
