About The Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven Business Operation and Data Management Associate to join Bybit’s Business Development team.

The successful candidate will be able to understand the overall business and operations for the sales team in one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges. The ideal candidate should possess a driven and proactive attitude in growing business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and systems within the team such as campaign creation and data management;
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decision-making and growth of the sales team;
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to aid in strategic planning and process improvement;
• Work closely within the sales teams and other departments to implement improvements and Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains;
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners, to launch new campaigns and build processes;
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business strategy, operations, data analytics or a related field;
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales operation and/or data analytics;
• Proven track record of driving business implementation through data management, business operations, or a similar role;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL language is preferred;
• Good to have a general understanding of the cryptocurrency market.
