Resposbilities:

• Manage bank accounts, handle bank relationships, reduce financial risks and optimize profitability
• Assist in designing automated systems and processes to support our fiat and digital assets processes
• Daily cash management and reconciliation between bank statements and digital assets transactions
• Managing treasury operations and controls
• Works closely with product and finance teams on digital assets processes
• Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to management
• Drive continuous improvements to ensure robust treasury framework and policy
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus.
2. Proven experience in treasury management, preferably in the financial or cryptocurrency industry.
3. Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent understanding of financial markets and instruments.
6. Proficient in using treasury management systems and financial software.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Good reading/writing/listening/speaking skills in English, Spanish and potentially Mandarin.
