Job Description:

• Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with business departments · Understand the business from financial aspects.
• Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
• Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
• Prepares comprehensive reports and presents business financial information.
• Providing analysis and delivering insight that links finance to business strategies.
• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.
• Analyse and hedge various fiat and cryptocurrency risk exposure.
• Manage cash/cryptocurrency position and forecast.
• Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis.
• Performs other related duties when necessary.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience as a Finance business partner or in accounting.
• Effectively bilingual, able to speak in fluent Mandarin.
• Independent learner with strong leadership skills.
• Visionary and strategic thinker with a proven track record for growing operations in a challenging economic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
• Creative and proactive approach to problem solving.
