Role: Listing Project Research Analyst

An opportunity awaits for a Listing Project Research Analyst at Bybit, and we're in search of an individual with a profound understanding of blockchain projects, Web3, NFTs, gamefi, and more. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting the review process for token project listings. You should be able to share projects you have researched in these areas in the past.

We are looking for a crypto-native with at least five years of experience in blockchain project investment and research, having experienced at least two cycles of bull and bear markets, and being familiar with and personally having engaged with most mainstream projects.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into project research, evaluating aspects such as credibility, technological value, user base, community influence, and future potential.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail when analyzing projects.
• Independently research and assess potential listing projects and Web3 projects in our pipelines, providing insightful and independent feedback.
• Follow company reviewing processes diligently while considering other factors that could impact a project's evaluation.
• Collaborate with the listing team, Web3 teams, and industry professionals to gather essential information.
• Stay proactive in staying informed about market sentiments, trends, opportunities, risks, and emerging projects, showcasing a genuine passion for the cryptocurrency and DLT industry.

Requirements

• Web3 native with a strong passion for crypto
• Proven on-chain experience with a solid track record.
• Extensive network within the crypto and blockchain industry.
• Exceptional analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of blockchain projects.
• Proficient in articulation and comfortable presenting to C-level management.
• Quick learner with a strong grasp of data analysis, staying abreast of industry developments in real-time.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced work environments.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese.
• Previous experience in roles related to Crypto Research, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Investments, Venture Capital, or M&A.
• A plus if you hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related fields.
