Main responsibilities:

• Requirements analysis and design:
• Work with transaction and financial support teams to understand and collect user requests and translate them into specific product features and solutions.
• Design user-friendly product interfaces and processes, and ensure that the product is easy to use and has an efficient User Experience.
• Product development and implementation:
• Collaborate with technical team to manage product development process to ensure products are completed on time and according to Quality Standards.
• Data Analysis and Continuous Optimization:
• Analyze product data and user feedback, and conduct regular product performance analysis and reporting.
• Drive continuous product optimization and upgrades based on Data driven insights.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, management, computer or related fields preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in financial products or Internet financial products.
• Familiar with the relevant operation process of the financial system
• Possessing excellent XFN collaboration and communication skills, able to effectively drive product implementation in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitive to data, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
