Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the R&D management of one or more business lines, identifying and resolving team, project, and collaboration issues in the R&D management process.
  2. Lead the project management of cross-departmental platform application software development/operations projects.
  3. Ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration for company-level and department-level projects.
  4. Lead the full lifecycle management of company-level and department-level projects, including R&D planning, scheduling, quality control, and risk management, to ensure project success.
  5. Participate in the formulation and implementation of R&D management standards, processes, and collaboration mechanisms.
  6. Involve in the design and analysis of R&D metrics.
  7. Drive and improve R&D efficiency by introducing new and effective project management practices to software development and business teams.
  8. Design and organize project meeting templates and mechanisms, including but not limited to planning, review, brainstorming, and other meetings required for R&D projects and business activities.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
  2. Internship experience in software or hardware project R&D and testing is preferred.
  3. Experience in organizing, planning, and managing R&D management methodologies is a plus.
  4. Strong cross-team communication skills, with empathy and coordination abilities.
  5. Good team leadership skills.
  6. Proficient in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
