P2P Operation Manager for Regional Expansion(Vietnam)

The regional Expansion Operations Manager is responsible for P2P(Peer to Peer) business expansion and daily operations management in the designated area. This position requires developing and implementing expansion strategies, monitoring market trends, analyzing competitors, hosting marketing activities, and ensuring efficient and sustainable operations in the region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement expansion strategies: Develop expansion strategies to ensure stable business development in the region.
- Monitor market trends and competitors: Analyze market trends and competitors, collect information about competitors to develop corresponding expansion strategies, and adjust plans at any time to ensure Bybit P2P's competitiveness.
- Manage local part-time staff: Guide and manage part-time employees in the region, develop and implement team goals, supervise team performance, and provide necessary support and training to employees.
- Maintain customer relationships: Keep in close contact with customers, collect customer feedback, resolve customer issues, and provide professional customer service.
- Assist the R&D department in optimizing products, provide real and reliable user opinions and suggestions, and feedback internally, and participate in the product design and optimization process.
- Develop and organize online and offline user acquisition and promotion activities, collect and analyze activity data to continuously improve and optimize the quality and efficiency of activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of work experience.
- Good proficiency in English (or Chinese) and Vietnamese language skills in reading/writing/listening/speaking.
- Good learning and execution ability, conscientious and responsible in work, and good communication skills.
- Work location: Vietnam.

- Experience in operations in the Internet, finance, or blockchain industries is preferred.
