Responsibilities:

• Undertake the planning, functional design and demand management of Crypto C-end deposit/withdrawal function, coin management system, risk control and audit system, and user self-service product function (C-end function and supporting management backstage).
• Responsible for docking with the company's wallet, finance, risk control, security, customer service, AML anti-money laundering to build a functional system.
• Responsible for docking with spot, fiat currency and wealth management teams to support daily operations.
• Responsible for product detailed feature planning and product design, including but not limited to business requirements communication, writing PRD documents, functional process combing, function point combing, logical judgment of each function point, field combing, etc., and assist the R&D team to understand and master the requirements, design system architecture, and arrange iteration plan.

Job Requirements :

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a product manager with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Skilled in using Axure, Mockplus and other prototyping tools, Visio, MindManager and other process and mind mapping tools, with excellent PRD document writing skills, able to clearly articulate product logic and functional details.
• Strong project management skills, able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental resources, control project progress, promote the smooth delivery of the project, good communication and coordination and teamwork spirit, good at listening to the needs of all parties to reach a consensus on the interests of coordination.
• Data-driven thinking, familiar with data analysis methods and tools, able to dig problems and optimize products through data, strong learning ability and innovation consciousness, take the initiative to pay attention to the industry dynamics, the introduction of new technologies, new ideas to optimize products.
• Priority to those who have experience in exchange on-chain deposit/withdrawal products.
• Familiar with different cryptocurrency chain ecosystems and protocol operation mechanism is preferred.
• Plus: fluent in English, can be used as daily working language (meetings）
