Job Responsibilities:

- Undertake the planning, functional design, and requirements management of fund custodian Custody and other middle-office products (C-suite functionality and supporting management backend).

- Responsible for interfacing with internal custodian service team and external custodian service providers to provide a full set of fund custodian services and capabilities for large institutional users.

- Responsible for product detailed feature planning and product design, including but not limited to business requirements communication, writing PRD documents, functional process sorting, function point sorting, logical judgment of each function point, field sorting, etc., and assist the R&D team in understanding and mastering the requirements, designing the system architecture, and arranging the iteration plan.

Job Requirements :

- Mandatory requirements: fluent in English, can be used as daily working language (meetings)

- 3 - 5 years of experience as a product manager with excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Skilled in the use of Axure, Mockplus and other prototyping tools, Visio, MindManager and other process and mind mapping tools, with excellent PRD document writing skills, can clearly articulate the product logic and functional details.

- Strong project management skills, able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental resources, control project progress, promote the smooth delivery of the project, good communication and coordination and teamwork spirit, good at listening to the needs of all parties to reach a consensus on the interests of coordination.

- Data-driven thinking, familiar with data analysis methods and tools, able to dig problems and optimize products through data, with strong learning ability and innovation consciousness, take the initiative to pay attention to the industry dynamics, the introduction of new technologies, new ideas to optimize products.

- Priority is given to those who have experience in building or docking fund custodian, clearing and reconciliation products, such as Copper, Fireblocks, Zodia, etc.

- Strong vendor communication experience and cross-team collaboration and communication experience is preferred.

- Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges is a plus
