Job Responsibilities:

• Undertake the planning, functional design and demand management of the products involved in tax calculation, tax deduction, after-the-fact tax return calculation and other products in the transaction process (C-end functionality and the supporting management backend).
• Responsible for collaborating with in-house trading team and legal compliance team to build a user tax filing system that meets compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for working with tax experts to follow up on regional tax policies (tax calculation logic, cost method, collection nodes).
• Responsible for interfacing with external Travel Rule vendors and participating in qualification and competency assessments.
• Responsible for detailed product feature planning and product design, including but not limited to business requirements communication, writing PRD documents, functional process combing, function point combing, logic judgment of each function point, field combing, etc., and assist the R&D team in understanding and mastering the requirements, designing the system architecture, and arranging the iteration plan.

Job Requirements :

• Hard requirements: fluent in English, can be used as daily working language (meetings)
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a product manager, with excellent communication and coordination skills
• Skilled in using prototyping tools such as Axure, Mockplus, process and mind mapping tools such as Visio, MindManager, etc. Excellent PRD document writing skills, able to clearly articulate product logic and functional details.
• Strong project management skills, able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental resources, control project progress, promote the smooth delivery of the project, good communication and coordination and teamwork spirit, good at listening to the needs of all parties to reach a consensus on the interests of coordination.
• Data-driven thinking, familiar with data analysis methods and tools, able to dig problems and optimize products through data, strong learning ability and innovation consciousness, take the initiative to pay attention to the industry dynamics, the introduction of new technologies, new ideas to optimize products.
• Priority to those who have experience in tax calculation and tax reporting products for exchange users.
• Experience in cryptocurrency exchange is preferred.
