We are seeking a highly skilled Fiat Risk Control Product Manager to join our team and help build a robust risk control platform for our fiat products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk control, exceptional logical and data capabilities, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin.

While a product management background is not a must, experience as a Business Analyst is also considered.

This is a role to be based in Hong Kong (if you don't need Visa sponsorship) or Malaysia (Vsia will be sponsored).

Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Independently plan, prototype, and implement product workflows for the risk control platform, including defining, designing, and executing product features.
• Data Utilization: Leverage data capabilities and thinking to transform and upgrade the risk control product system, enhancing risk identification, user experience, and product capabilities.
• Solution Development: Provide comprehensive data-based solutions by deeply understanding business and data to uncover valuable insights.
• Requirement Management: Analyze and manage user requirements, formulating requirement analysis and product design documents to address core business needs and drive solutions to business pain points.
• Business Integration: Conduct research, business evaluation, and project implementation for various business lines' integration into the risk control system, continuously improving based on feedback.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or related fields preferred.
• Experience: 5-6 years in risk control with significant data product or financial service product management experience; experience as a Business Analyst is acceptable.
• Skills: Proficient in using product tools to streamline business processes and design product prototypes; strong logical thinking and data capabilities.
• Soft Skills: Agile thinker with excellent self-learning and self-motivation abilities; strong communication and coordination skills; proactive and able to positively influence the team.
• Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
