Lead Bybit's AI-powered trading product line, integrating large language models and Agent technology into trading scenarios to build next-generation products including conversational trading, intelligent strategy recommendations, and autonomous trading Agents.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the AI trading product roadmap: conversational trading, AI strategy recommendations, autonomous trading Agents, and intelligent risk alerts
  • Design natural-language-driven trading experiences that lower the barrier to strategy configuration
  • Define Agent autonomy boundaries (advisory / semi-autonomous / fully autonomous), balancing automation with user control
  • End-to-end product management: requirements definition → PRD → engineering collaboration → launch & iteration → data review
  • Collaborate with algorithm, engineering, and design teams to productize AI capabilities
  • Track frontier LLM/Agent technologies and continuously deliver product innovation proposals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years as a Product Manager, with 2+ years in trading products or AI products
  • Deep understanding of crypto trading systems (spot/derivatives/strategy trading, matching engines, risk management)
  • Familiarity with LLMs, Agent architectures (ReAct / Tool-use / MCP), RAG, and Prompt Engineering
  • Track record of 0→1 product delivery; data-driven with strong execution
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
