About Us

• Merchant Acquisition & Growth — Identify, recruit, and onboard high-volume P2P merchants across LATAM markets (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, etc.)
• Market Expansion — Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing LATAM countries
• Relationship Management — Build and maintain long-term relationships with key merchants, payment partners, and local agents
• Market Intelligence — Monitor local regulatory environments, competitor activity, and payment trends to identify opportunities
• Revenue & Volume Targets — Own and deliver on P2P trading volume, merchant count, and revenue KPIs
• Cross-functional Collaboration — Work closely with Compliance, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth merchant experience and regulatory alignment
• Community & Events — Represent the company at local crypto/fintech events, meetups, and conferences

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships — ideally in crypto, fintech, or payments
• Strong understanding of P2P trading mechanics and the crypto landscape in LATAM
• Existing network of merchants, traders, or payment agents in LATAM is a strong plus
• Fluent in Spanish (required); Portuguese is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working with KPIs and data to track performance and report results
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local payment methods (PIX, SPEI, PSE, etc.) and regulatory nuances across LATAM countries

• Prior experience at a crypto exchange or P2P platform
• English proficiency for internal communication
