About Us

Responsibilities

1. Own the product planning and iteration of payment channel integration and infrastructure capabilities, including bank integrations, payment gateways, settlement systems, and internal service frameworks.
2. Design and optimize scalable integration solutions to support multiple payment methods, regions, and partner institutions.
3. Collaborate with engineering teams to build stable, reusable, and extensible infrastructure services that improve integration efficiency and system reliability.
4. Coordinate with external partners such as banks, payment service providers, and vendors to manage integration requirements, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization.
5. Monitor core infrastructure and channel performance metrics, including transaction success rate, latency, system availability, and reconciliation accuracy.
6. Analyze integration failures and operational issues (e.g. API errors, settlement mismatches, callback failures, connectivity issues) and drive root-cause resolution.
7. Define operational processes and contingency mechanisms for channel incidents, failover strategies, and system degradation scenarios.
8. Work closely with compliance, operations, risk control, and customer support teams to ensure infrastructure solutions align with business and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in payment, fintech, infrastructure, or platform product management.
2. Familiar with payment channel integration processes, API design principles, and distributed system architecture concepts.
3. Understanding of payment lifecycle concepts such as authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and transaction routing.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify system bottlenecks and drive technical optimization initiatives.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and independently drive cross-functional projects.
6. Strong ownership mindset with experience managing complex system integrations and infrastructure-related initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with banking integrations, payment gateways, or acquiring systems.
• Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, cross-border payments, or fintech infrastructure.
• Familiarity with service reliability, monitoring systems, or transaction routing strategies.
• Basic understanding of risk control, compliance, and operational processes in payment systems.
