About Us
About Bybit and this role
Mission
Key responsibilities
Employee engagement
- Design and run the employee listening strategy: engagement surveys, pulse checks, lifecycle surveys, and exit insights.
- Turn results into action plans with leaders, and track progress so employees see their feedback lead to change.
- Shape the employee journey from onboarding to exit, removing friction at key moments.
- Lead recognition programs and culture initiatives that reinforce Bybit's values.
- Build community and belonging programs, including employee networks and wellbeing initiatives.
Internal events
- Own the internal events calendar: all-hands, town halls, leadership offsites, team celebrations, and company milestones.
- Deliver events across locations and formats (in person, hybrid, virtual) with clear goals, budgets, and measures of success.
- Ensure events are inclusive and respectful of the cultural and religious diversity of our workforce.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and logistics with strong cost discipline.
Internal communications
- Build the internal communications strategy and editorial calendar.
- Own and manage all internal communications channels: the intranet, company newsletter, all-company email, Slack or Lark channels, office digital screens, and leadership updates.
- Own intranet content management end to end: content strategy, site structure, governance, publishing workflows, and keeping information accurate and current.
- Set content standards and train content owners across functions so every team publishes clearly and consistently.
- Partner with the CEO, executives, and the CPO on leadership messaging, change communications, and announcements.
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications, Legal, and Compliance so sensitive or regulated messages are accurate and consistent.
- Measure reach and understanding, and keep improving how information flows across the company.
Innovation
- Bring new tools and ideas to the employee experience, including AI-enabled self-service, chat assistants, and automation of routine People processes.
- Run small pilots, measure results, and scale what works.
- Work with HR Technology and IT to keep the People tech stack simple, connected, and easy to use.
Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team across the four areas above.
- Own the function's budget and vendor relationships.
- Serve as a member of the People Leadership Team and a trusted partner to senior business leaders.
Workplace operations
- Lead the global Workplace Operations team that manages Bybit's offices in Dubai (UAE), Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
- Own office strategy and space planning, including openings, moves, expansions, and fit-outs, in partnership with Finance.
- Set consistent workplace standards across all sites: facilities, health and safety, front desk, amenities, and spaces that support diverse needs such as prayer and wellness rooms.
- Manage facilities vendors, service contracts, and office budgets with strong cost discipline.
- Partner with IT, Security, and Legal on physical security, access, business continuity, and emergency response.
- Use occupancy data and employee feedback to design offices people want to work in.
