We're looking for an APAC ecosystem growth lead with a deep understanding of Web3, and a strong network across East Asia.

In this role, you'll work directly with the Caldera's CEO, Matt Katz, to bolster Caldera's presence in Asia. This is a highly dynamic role that includes business development and marketing responsibilities, and requires strong marketing skills and the ability to develop and execute growth strategies independently.

Requirements:

  • Must live in a tier-1 hub for crypto in APAC region (eg. Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul)

  • Experience in either marketing or business development roles within the Web3 space

  • Strong understanding of APAC cultural, technological, and business landscape

  • Strong existing network within the blockchain community

  • Ability to work autonomously and independently and execute well, even under ambiguity

  • Fluent in Korean, Chinese or other prominent APAC language, and proficient in English

Responsibilities:

  • Forge partnerships with key players in the APAC market

  • Lead community engagement efforts, including in-person events and virtual marketing campaigns

  • Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to the APAC market.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal teams
