About the role

Econia Labs' mission is to provide open DeFi infrastructure for the Aptos Blockchain, and we cannot accomplish this without a thriving community. As the social media manager, you will work closely with the team to support Econia Labs' marketing and communications efforts, by engaging the Econia community through meaningful and authentic content.

Responsibilities:

• Run active social media channels (Twitter, Discord, and LinkedIn)
• Build and run social media campaigns, giveaways, and educational content
• Develop content strategy
• Collaborate with protocols, Web3 thought leaders, and Web3 communities to broaden Econia's adoption

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a content or social media position
• Crypto-native, or highly motivated to learn about crypto and onboard quickly to the ecosystem
• Ability to understand and identify with Econia’s voice and brand
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to simply (and kindly) communicate complex DeFi matters
• Ability to consume external social media trends and distill relevant strategies for brand growth
• Native English speaker (bi-lingual is a plus)
