Intern, Software Developer

Our stack is Node.js and Flutter with a Blockchain foundation. We are also 100% Cloud based. We're looking for smart folks with a software engineering background that learn fast and want to work on really hard (and fun) problems.

Design, develop and maintain Ejara apps

Participate in engineering processes especially through testing, monitoring and alerting

Debug production issues across all products

Participate in code, design and production-readiness reviews

Work with the business, sales and customer success teams to ensure that our users have the best possible experience on our platform.

English is mandatory. French is a plus.

Have strong design and problem solving skills

You are a persuasive communicator. You are both succinct and direct. You are clear about what you are doing, why, and what you expect of others.

You have experience in Node.js or Flutter. That said, programming languages are more easily learned than general software engineering ability, so we’re mostly interested in the latter.

Are innovative, push technical boundaries, and are excited to solve problems that have never been solved before

Can follow established processes, write extensive documentation yet never hesitate to recommend some improvements

If a skill that you don’t possess is required to complete a task you’re the kind of person who goes off and learns enough to get it done.

Take an evidence-based and data-driven approach to making decisions

Have completed a software design and development program. Either Hold a Bsc/Msc in Computer Science or a certificate from a known institution. Autodidacts are also welcome if your Github can attest to your skills level.

Have working knowledge of Node.js or Flutter

Have strong algorithmic skills

Have working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
