PTS/SOR client onboarding and account management

  • This role is expected to manage onboarding of a new PTS trading participant as well as a new SOR service subscriber by acting a liaison between a client and Cboe internal stakeholders (Trade Desk, Engineering, Legal/Compliance). Onboarding clients range from institutional brokers, retail brokers, to low latency prop trading firms
  • Once onboarded, the role is expected to develop relationship through day-to-day contacts, problem solving and regular push of useful contents, and gather useful intelligence that would lead to new product development idea for Japan business.

Product development

  • This role is expected to lead the business initiative for Japan as a product specialist by
    • Being an owner of Project Initiation Document for Japan, an internal document to develop project scopes and objectives for any new product/business initiatives
    • Being a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders. Coordinate internal resources for timely execution of projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on time with great accuracy and minimum supervision
    • Being an owner of any applicable client facing documents such as product service guides
    • Keeping a close dialogue with global product team in order to stay updated with anything that are applicable to Japan and also to contribute ideas to their product development

[Skills and experiences]

  • Native Japanese and professional English language level
  • Deep knowledge in Japan equity trading industry through hands-on experience as builder/project manager/user of equity trading system at brokers, exchanges, or system providers
  • Open mind personality
  • Self-starter, self-learner
  • Strong in analytics. SQL experience is plus
  • Problem solver personality with high level of attention to details
