Headquartered in Amsterdam, we provide post-trade services to stock and derivatives exchanges, multilateral trading facilities (MTFs) and for OTC equities trades.

The Project Management team is hiring for the Senior Project Manager.

The Senior Project Manager at Cboe Clear Europe will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

The ideal candidate has: The following skills:

- project logging and administration; use of appropriate tools and guidance; setting and meeting realistic deadlines

- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in financial/security/post trading industry, with at least 3 years of managing complex projects

- Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools

- Acute sense of information management and organization of knowledge

You’ll really stand out with:

- Certification in project management and/or Engineer’s degree

Your responsibilities will be:

- Planning, monitoring and managing project execution from initiation through implementation

- Leading or coordinates project scoping, planning, resourcing, staffing and supply

- Communicating timely and adequately to project stakeholders, project sponsor and head of project management

- Reporting regularly progress and status and timely escalating exceptions and issues to Head of Project Management, Project Portfolio Board and project Sponsor

- Preparing Project Portfolio Board meetings to report the right level of information and accurate project KPIs

- Ensuring concise but complete logging of project information, including meeting minutes, key decisions and actions, using agreed tools and approved guidance

- Managing appropriate closure of projects, including transition to BAU, lessons learned and adoption of best practices

- Ensuring data from and around project is collected and arranged in a proper manner, accessible to relevant staff and intelligible to non-experts

- When required, providing data management or knowledge support to project team members

This position is an interim role for 6 months.
