The three main foundational pillars of our internship program are: develop, educate and network. We want to ensure each of our interns receive a real-world working experience that encourages academic, professional and personal growth.

Candidates should be versatile, eager and able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive financial and technical environment. Our interns will have the flexibility of working 2 days remotely, and 3 days in office per week at one of our state-of-the-art offices in Chicago, Kansas City, and New York City. To be eligible for this internship, applicants must be enrolled in a university or college program and should not be scheduled to graduate before December of the year in which the internship takes place. The EUC team is hiring for a EUC intern:

The EUC Intern at Cboe will join a team dedicated to providing world-class service and technology to our associates across the globe. The EUC Intern will learn about enterprise technologies and how they can best serve the company in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities and learning objectives will be: The candidate should have the ability to work on multiple assignments, work well on a team, and demonstrate excellent organization, time management skills, strong writing, and strong verbal communication skills.

  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, VMware, Inventory Management, Cloud Printing
  • Provide deskside support for workstation and mobile device issues
  • Communicate issues and solutions in daily EUC meetings and collaborate with the team
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware, including Microsoft 365 and Surface Laptops
  • Prepare workstations by configuring AD accounts and PC hardware
  • Support events and conferences, in office and virtual, over Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex
  • Triage issues and document solutions

The ideal candidate has: Detail any essential qualifications or skills necessary for the role. Be realistic about expectations for interns, but also open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds. For instance:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science or similar and should not be scheduled to graduate before December of the year in which the internship takes place.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, 365, and VMware tools
  • Experience with PC hardware, Jira or ticketing systems
