Sound like the place for you? Join us! The Server Infrastructure team is looking for a Storage Engineer.

We are seeking a skilled Storage Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Hitachi and Pure Storage arrays. Additionally, the candidate needs a solid understanding of Linux multipath and Fibre Channel switching.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

• Design, implement, and manage storage solutions, primarily using Hitachi and Pure Storage arrays.

• Collaborate with storage vendors on installation, upgrades, and replacements of storage arrays.

• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of storage systems.

• Administer Fibre Channel switches, with a preference for experience with Cisco MDS switches.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on storage projects and requests.

• Document processes and maintain Cboe’s global standards for storage system architecture.

The ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of experience in storage engineering.

• Strong expertise in Hitachi storage solutions: OpsCenter Admin, CM-REST, Analyzer, and RAIDCOM

• Familiarity with Pure Storage arrays.

• Proficient in Linux and multipath daemons.

• Experience with Fibre Channel switch administration, preferably Cisco MDS.

• Eagerness to work with and learn from the Linux/Storage team.

You’ll really stand out with:

• Detailed knowledge of the Hitachi and Pure array model lines.

• Troubleshooting skills for Fibre Channel performance issues.

• Ability to write and understand scripts used for automation of data collection tasks.

• Experience with software defined storage.

• Knowledge of disaster recover solutions leveraging storage technologies.
