Location: NYC or Chicago office (flex hybrid - in office at least 2 days a week)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage client service initiatives to support our listings business, currently focused on Exchange Traded Products (ETPs). Clients include asset management companies, trading and market making communities and other service providers such as attorneys, IOPV and index providers, custodians and administrators.
- Prepare internal/external presentations with the use of internal trade data and external resources. This includes building internal models to analyze business opportunities, market making programs and department projections. It also includes keeping all pages of our listings pitch books updated.
- Work with clients as the project manager on promised agreements that include marketing events, webinars, conference participation, social media promotion and other custom opportunities. Help create, manage and attend Listings events so they are executed seamlessly by coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Managing the product launch and transfer process, including product design and listing process in conjunction with Cboe trade desk, operations, web team, legal, marketing, communications and surveillance.
- Create, maintain and automate departmental web-based tools for internal and external use by our Issuers and market makers.
- Create and send monthly progress reports on listings market share. Keep IR and Communications teams updated for quarterly financial reports
- Create, maintain and document procedural and policy updates
- Build and manage all client contact information within the Salesforce data base
- Some domestic travel required
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience and/or interest in working in finance at an exchange
- Self-starter with strong initiative to produce and to deliver in an active team environment
- Ability to navigate and coordinate with various groups within Cboe
- Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage the details within a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, verbal & written skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel VBA) & Bloomberg
Education
- Bachelor Degree in mathematics, economics, business, finance or related discipline
