Job Responsibilities:

• Interface with C-suite executives to drive technology initiatives
• Oversee technical components of product management and ensure product managers are accounting for engineering requirements
• Oversee all engineering hiring and management, including project management and dev ops
• Advocate for appropriate technology roadmap for the company, including hirings, staff reduction, and general direction
• Act as eyes and ears into the engineering team for leadership team to ensure product requirements are being met and HR issues are being handled appropriately
