The Opportunity

An affiliate of Everyrealm, Jack’s House B.V., is seeking a Chief Interactive Gaming Officer (CIGO) who will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing a comprehensive strategy to grow a market-leading, licensed and compliant online casino gaming business focused on non-US markets. The ideal candidate possesses a startup mindset and is eager to take on the challenge of building a new kind of online casino, excited by the prospect of leading a business line, developing processes, and assembling a high-performing team to propel the casino to its next phase of growth. The key responsibility will be to maximize profitability and mitigate risk while being mindful of the complex regulatory and compliance issues that must be carefully considered and observed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all casino operations for the company including technology, marketing, customer service and compliance.
  • Drive the growth of the online gaming business through market expansion, partnerships, and new product development. Oversee the introduction of new gaming products and features to enhance the online offering.
  • Develop and implement a robust digital gaming strategy. Identify growth opportunities and set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of digital gaming professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a seamless, engaging, and secure online gaming experience. Utilize data and customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure all digital gaming operations comply with relevant laws and regulations. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain online customers. Enhance the brand presence and reputation in the digital gaming space.
  • Manage the digital gaming P&L, develop budgets, and ensure financial targets are met. Monitor and analyze financial performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve profitability.
  • Leverage the latest technologies and trends to stay ahead in the competitive digital gaming market. Drive innovation in product development and customer engagement strategies.

Location:

New York City or Remote

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and geography, ranging from $180,000 to $400,000 plus bonus, equity and tokens.
