We’re looking for a sharp, numbers-driven Marketing Analyst who can turn complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and ROI across all our channels.

Role Overview:
As our Marketing Analyst, you'll be the go-to expert for understanding the performance of our marketing spend and managing marketing payables. You’ll own the end-to-end process of tracking, analyzing, and attributing our marketing efforts—from player acquisition to retention—ensuring every dollar we spend is optimized for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing performance across all channels (paid search, social, affiliates, influencer, programmatic, etc.).
  • Interface with agencies and content creators to track performance and payables.
  • Build and maintain attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Calculate and monitor key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, and retention curves.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and deep-dive analyses to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to connect spend with player behavior.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness in real time.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize acquisition funnels and improve retention strategies.
  • Support testing frameworks (A/B tests, holdouts, etc.) for marketing and CRM initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a data analytics role, ideally within iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch).
  • Proven experience with acquisition and retention analytics, CAC, LTV modeling, and cohort analysis.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and turning insights into business value.
  • Experience working with or building marketing data pipelines and attribution systems is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and affiliate systems preferred.
