Overview
Slingshot DAQ is looking for marketing support to significantly grow its community and user base.
The DAO currently has approximately 680 users, 890 Discord members and 1.680 Twitter followers
Who We Are
Slingshot DAO https://slingshotdao.com/ has a Kickstarter style platform https://slingshotdao.com/app run by its community. Anyone can submit their ideas, the community votes, and they work together to build the ideas.
The community governs the intellectual property held in a foundation, and all rewards will be shared with the community.
Target audience
Slingshot DAO'S target audience is predominantly in Roblox, Fortnite and Web3 gaming communities. within the Slingshot platform, there are high level personas for plavers (voters), ideators (idea submitters) and creators (who build the final games).
Our Preferred Approach
We are seeking a committed individual who can help us engage with a data-centric strategy to boost community development and user growth.
We require assistance both executing strategies to achieve user growth and implementing data analysis to measure our existing user base and consequent growth.
Job Description:
Experience or exposure to Google Analytics, Hotjar, Carma Bot, Zealy
2 - 3 years experience in a high-growth startup, web3, and/or gaming industries

Job Description:
- Help lead the way to grow, grow, grow (using data)!
- Draw in and nurture high-quality, engaged users
- Design and execute user referral strategies: identify key personas, targeted outreach by persona, referral bonus schemes, etc.
- Design and execute KOL strategies: build trustworthy relationships with influences, identify best-fit KOLs to partner with, continuously measure individual and collective KOL impact, etc.
- Design and execute Discord community growth: deploy key integrations (e.g., automation), foster community growth through targeted and strategic outreach
- Design and develop a data-driven marketing strategy, where data is tracked and interpreted to make sound investment choices
- Design and maintain user engagement strategy
