Our team at Lava is looking for a Metaverse/NFT Partner Lead to join our rapidly growing organization. This role will have a major impact on the success of the company.

What you'll do:

  • You'll build strong relationships with our existing partner operations, understand their priorities and needs, and proactively create new strategies to improve KPIs
  • In doing so, you'll ensure a high retention rate 
  • You do this without losing sight of the efficiency and scalability of our work
  • You participate in the development of strategic projects, but at the same time, you stay close to your most important partners, whether by phone or by mail   
  • You are our best ambassador, embodying our philosophy and our brand 
  • You will work closely with other teams to identify challenges early and foster synergies.

Who we are looking for

  • You love interacting with people, are extremely empathetic, have emotional intelligence and at the same time know how to challenge others 
  • You have a very structured way of working and are a strong communicator when working with your direct colleagues and other teams
  • You are more than comfortable working with data. You enjoy analyzing it in depth and making recommendations based on it 
  • You have an eye for detail, and no challenge is too big for you: you see problems as opportunities for growth and approach them with a calm and positive attitude
  • Work experience in sales/account management or customer service is an advantage
