WHO WE ARE

Lava Labs is on a mission to become the Pixar of web3 and revolutionize the field of Crypto and Blockchain games!

We are currently working on our first game, a fun third-person arcade platform called AFAR that pits players against each other in a series of obstacle courses and shooting-based challenges.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our team at Lava is looking for a Partnership Manager to join our rapidly growing organization. This role will have a major impact on the company's success and we are looking for someone with an ownership mentality to take the lead on rigorously extending our brand awareness through collab/partnership activities, and also bring give-away opportunities to our project holders!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continuously learn about our project and what we have to offer

• Search for and reach out to potential partners

• Schedule & lead introduction calls, build relationships, establish common grounds for collaboration

• Once grounds for collaborations are established, connect the partner with relevant team members to execute collabs (e.g. marketing, tech)

• Maintain relationship with partner with regular check ins, search for more ways to collaborate, think how else we can help them, who else can we refer them to and what referrals they can help us with

• Attend weekly marketing meetings

• Provide weekly & monthly reports to the Growth Lead

REQUIREMENTS

• Great understanding of crypto gaming & blockchain

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written

• Great communicator, great relationship builder

• Adaptable schedule to accommodate partner calls

• Creative with coming up with partnership ideas

• Well organized and a good team player

• A pre-built partner network in web3/gamefi would be highly preferrable
