The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for business development work in the field of Wealth Management, including Fund, DeFi, staking and the planning, design and iteration of new innovative products.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Responsible for the follow-up of the project, and complete the project-related industry understanding and market analysis.
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Output cooperation plans with global resource projects, be able to introduce traffic to platform by using project’s resources and influences.
  • Regularly conduct research on new trends in the industry, summarize the highlights of the new trends, and maintain attention to projects in relative field.

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience in the blockchain industry is a must, solid experience in a role focusing on client relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A track record of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads, onboarded clients and brand awareness.
  • Ability to withstand pressure and a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and good communication and coordination skills.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
