Responsibilities

• Responsible for the product design of cryptocurrency asset spot and derivatives trading products, including order management, matching engine and other related modules.
• Responsible for the underlying asset scheme design of cryptocurrency financial products, and the underlying asset design that meets the market demand according to the company's business.
• Define, track business metrics and generate product proposal for optimization based on the product's life cycle characteristics, competitive environment, and resource structure.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, marketing team, operations team and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in product management, mathematics, computer science, etc.
• 3+ years of experience in internet products in the cryptocurrency or traditional financial industry.
• Possess rigorous logical thinking, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and be able to coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals between different departments.
• Ability to understand and assess engineering, design and schedule trade-offs.
• Have an eye for good design and user experience.
• Strong command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
