Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the day-to-day operational activities of our cryptocurrency custody & exchange platform.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to operations and reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of trading, deposit, and withdrawal activities across all systems.
• Ensure smooth and timely processing of transactions, while managing escalations and troubleshooting operational issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., compliance, finance, and IT) to ensure seamless end-to-end operational processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with industry best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, technology, customer support, and finance, to ensure seamless operations and resolve escalated issues related to deposits, withdrawals, and trade discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, custody & trading operations, private key management and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with current regulatory and market initiatives.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is necessary.
