Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to assist our recruitment team in various activities related to talent acquisition and project preparation. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn about the recruitment process and contribute to exciting HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to organize recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Prepare materials and documentation for recruitment projects.
  • Conduct research on best practices and trends in recruitment.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with team members on special HR projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably in final year.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Interested in exploring systems and software relevant to HR and recruitment.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
  • Available to work 2-3 full days a week will be preferred.
