Services and Deliverables:

The Services will consist of providing public relations and communications services, including the following:

  • Content Creation:Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and press releases. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is reflected in all communications.
  • Brand Messaging: Craft consistent and compelling messaging to strengthen the company's brand image and communicate key value propositions. Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all marketing collateral.
  • Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Prepare and distribute press releases, organize media interviews, and actively seek opportunities for media coverage.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase the company's stablecoin solutions. Develop event-specific marketing collateral, presentations and promotional materials, including for EthCC Brussels, Token2049 Singapore, StableSummit and Eth DevCon.
  • Business and Corporate Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis for initial markets in CeFi and DeFi, as well as expansion markets.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field;
  • 5+ years of work experience, including 3-5 years of experience in the digital currency industry, with knowledge of blockchain, CeFi, DeFi, and other related areas, as well as existing resources in the digital currency market.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing marketing teams, with the ability to develop brand-building plans and inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
  • Startup Mentality & Quick Learner - not afraid to adapt quickly to industry trends, and strategy decisions, tough, practical, and flexible leader who can thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrated a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Based in Singapore.
