ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities

• Open local and foreign bank accounts to meet the Group’s operational needs
• Own and manage relationships with our panel of Banks and financial institutions to ensure optimisation of the level of services that the Group uses
• Prepare and process wire transfer requests and other operational tasks as needed.
• Prepare daily reconciliation of all banking transactions in banks platform.
• Work closely with AP and be involved in or carry out cash forecasting, prepare monthly cash reports, monitor the cash balance, etc
• Developing and updating procedures, policies, and processes related to Treasury
• Monitoring and managing the Company’s treasury activities such foreign exchange, management of accounts and bank account administrations.
• Take ownership and propose updates or improvements to processes, where relevant
• Work on Ad hoc projects and reports as needed.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking
• At least 3-7 year(s) of working experience in the treasury function or have prior experience in a Bank
• Excellent communication skills, good command of both written and spoken English
• Chinese language skills a plus
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and complex environment
