Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of Matrixdock’s ecosystem by building partnerships and fostering adoption of RWA products, starting with T-bills and gold
• Engage and manage relationships with ecosystem stakeholders, such as DeFi platforms, blockchain networks, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with integration partners to ensure seamless compatibility of Matrixdock’s RWA products across key platforms.
• Facilitate the integration of Matrixdock’s RWA offerings into DeFi ecosystems, wallets, and exchanges to drive adoption and liquidity.
• Represent Matrixdock at industry events and conferences, promoting its products and educating stakeholders on the benefits of tokenized RWAs.
• Analyze market opportunities and provide insights to enhance the value proposition of Matrixdock’s ecosystem.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem roles in blockchain, fintech, or finance.
• A foundational understanding of tokenization, RWA and DeFi.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, with the ability to travel as needed.
• A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for RWA innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working at a DeFi project, particularly during its early stages, with hands-on involvement in ecosystem growth and product integration, driving measurable TVL and/or user activity growth.
• Existing relationships within DeFi projects, Web3 foundations, LPs or crypto native financial institutions are an advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across global markets.
