ABOUT THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily product management support, coordinate releases of products and features;
  • Monitor product performance using this information to suggest improvements and refinements and process improvement;
  • Streamline communication and workflows between different departments;
  • Conduct KYC checks for individual and corporate clients, verifying identity documents and performing risk assessments;
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve KYC issues;
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for existing institutional client orders, account statuses, and relevant problems;
  • Timely replying to inquiries from existing institutional clients through telephone, e-mail, and other working applications.
  • Review pending orders and specific institutional clients’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor Degree in any disciplines;
  • 1- 3 years of experience in product operations or sales support;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Diligent and detail-minded;
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to communicate and partner with internal / external parties;
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous, due to need to work closely with Mandarin as well as English speaking stakeholders
