Responsibilities：

• Drive user activation, retention, and conversion to increase engagement and the value users get from the platform.
• Develop and execute operational strategies for existing users to improve retention and activity.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by phone and email, strengthening loyalty and encouraging users to adopt additional products.
• Plan and run user community activities to boost participation and satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and use it to continuously refine activation and conversion approaches.

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or above.At least 2 year of customer-facing experience, or experience in fintech or financial services, with a solid track record of working with customers.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Community operations experience is a plus.Hard-working, dedicated, and comfortable owning results.
• Immediate availability preferred.
