The Role

The Ecosystem team accelerates the growth of the Monad ecosystem by organizing initiatives that educate and elevate ambitious dapp builders. A few examples of initiatives include the Monad Madness pitch competition, the Mach One accelerator, and the Monad 101 workshop series.

As the Ecosystem India Lead, you will plan and execute strategies to raise Monad’s presence in the local market. This will include identifying and onboarding the most competitive project builders and developers in the region (from early stage to established teams) across the verticals, growing the regional retail community base, and evangelizing local independent developers to access Monad’s technology easily. You will leverage your existing industry network and maintain strong relationships with them to excel at this given role. This role will require you to become creative and rely on your intuition to come up with right solutions at unexpected situations.

What You Will Do

  • Lead ecosystem efforts in India including, but not limited to:

    • Building direct relationships with developers and early builders

    • Strategize and execute 0 to 1 initiatives to educate and onboard builders

    • Identify and action gaps and needs of the ecosystem

    • Nurture and support the community and early stage builders

  • Represent Monad at conferences and industry events for brand visibility and develop new relationships

  • Create and nurture strong relationships with web3 projects, industry influencers, and VCs

  • Develop and deliver programs to promote Monad’s value proposition

  • Establish performance tracking and reporting on the status and impact of initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

Who You Are

  • You are multilingual with professional fluency in English and Hindi

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a strategic role that touches several of: business and ecosystem development, marketing, and community building

  • You’re crypto-native with at least 4 years of crypto-industry work experience, and have a built up a strong network of key industry contacts

  • Fluidly wearing the strategy and execution hats on major initiatives

  • Have a demonstrated track record of end-to-end ownership of global initiatives from conception to implementation

  • You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or business-focused field

  • You are based in India
