Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the growth team to develop and execute data-driven growth strategies.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
- Support the implementation and optimization of growth experiments and A/B tests.
- Help create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the team.
- Assist in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
- Work closely with the product team to ensure a seamless user experience and identify areas for product growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, business development and operation, to drive growth initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and share insights with the team.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned by the supervisor.
- Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field in a top-tier university in Taiwan
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is mandatory, Mandarin Chinese is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a growth mindset.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Prior experience or coursework in growth marketing or related fields is a plus.
- At least 2 onsite working days per week (half-day per shift is also acceptable)
- Internship duration at least 6 months
