Special Projects
Role: We are looking for a talented person to run Special Projects and create novel, in-market experiments using our core product, Party. From new use cases to entire apps built on top of the Party Protocol, Special Projects defines how users get excited about our product. Working alongside our product and engineering teams, the role will set new standards for what’s possible with crypto in a consumer and social context. Ideal candidates will have a focus on product originality, user growth, and resourceful execution.
Location: Remote; overlap with North American time zone required.

About the role
You’ll work cross-functionally and with external partners to manage Special Projects end-to-end:
Concept new and creative ways groups can interact on-chain using Party.
Concepts should leverage narratives around crypto and social coordination that frame the product in the right context.
Prioritize concepts based on potential reach, engagement and how it will impact our audience’s understanding of our product.
Own projects end-to-end, working with engineers, designers, marketers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered
Work with external partners when needed to ensure projects have the highest impact.
You’ll be an advocate for our audience on the team, pushing us to think outside the box on how to best address their needs and excite them.
Experience
3+ years of delivering products or go-to-market activations
Strong familiarity with working within a software product-driven organization
Deeply crypto-native and embedded in web3 culture
Strong intuition around product and user needs
A creative and original tone of voice
Founder or early employee experience not required but will be strongly beneficial
