Polymarket is looking for a Director of Finance to lead our financial operations in NYC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy, with a focus on driving business growth and operational excellence.
What you'll do
Oversee financial planning. You’ll lead the development of financial strategies and plans that align with our business goals.
Manage budgeting and forecasting. You’ll oversee the budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts.
Analyze financial performance. You’ll analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance. You’ll ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with leadership. You’ll work closely with the executive team to support strategic decision-making.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in strategic finance or accounting, with a strong preference for someone with experience in high-growth startups
CPA or CFA certification preferred
Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
(Plus) Experience in the fintech, blockchain or technology sectors
