Key Responsibilities

• Strategize schedule and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms ensuring, high-quality engaging and timely posts
• Assist in writing captions producing reels designing banners or thumbnails and curating impactful marketing creatives
• Collaborate with multiple teams to understand features and align marketing communication accordingly
• Plan testimonial shoots across India coordinate with freelancers and manage content delivery for social media
• Recruit onboard and guide interns across projects with regular check-ins and performance tracking
• Track social media engagement campaign results and continuously optimize for better reach and impact
• Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and areas for growth
• Have at least 1 year of experience in marketing content creation or related roles
• Demonstrate strong understanding of social media platforms
• Show excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging and clear content
• Display a proactive attitude creativity and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Maintain strong attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
