We are an international team of young and ambitious professionals united by a passion for innovations and belief in the decentralized world. Now, we are looking for a Support Specialist who will strengthen our team and contribute to the success of our products and the bright future of Web3.

You will primarily be part of the team responsible for our CryptoCard service—enabling customers to exchange their cryptocurrency for fiat and spend it anywhere online or offline using a debit card. Given the complexity of this financial product, numerous operational tasks within the Financial Department require your attention and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chargeback Processing: Manage and process clients' chargebacks in collaboration with our provider.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Address and resolve issues such as accidental double spends, merchant refunds, manual transaction reversals, and merchant claims regarding undelivered funds.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to investigate their transactions, provide updates, and convey the outcomes of investigations.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct basic financial analysis by building dashboards and generating reports on declined transactions, their categorizations, refunds, and other relevant metrics.
  • Additional Support: Allocate a portion of your time to support our other products, such as crypto-processing, with similar responsibilities.

Our expectations:

  • English: Minimum B2 level proficiency, as all customer communications are conducted in English via text-based channels (no voice chats).
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, proactiveness, and customer orientation - as basic and cliche as it sounds, it's important qualities since we are building financial products and it's extremely important to pay close attention to the issue at hand and determine what exactly is going on and why.

It's cool if you have:

  • Basic understanding of SQL is advantageous. While creating SQL queries is not typically required, the ability to comprehend how data is retrieved and utilized is beneficial.
  • Previous experience working in a banking environment is a plus, as it provides valuable niche knowledge relevant to our financial products.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (5 days a week with 2 days off).
  • No night shifts required.
